Eskleigh bargaining dates have been set

Community and Disability Sector

We met on Wednesday 26 June 2024 to discuss where to from here with regards to getting the bargaining process back on track.

As you all know, we started this process some time ago with the previous Eskleigh management team and the process frustratingly stalled for one reason or another.

What we can say is that Wednesday’s meeting was positive, and the current management team seem keen to get in and get the job done.

We have set a number of dates to hold meetings and will be looking at making the new workplace Agreement one that is modern, easy to navigate and have real benefits for workers at Eskleigh.

It was pleasing to see that we had a diverse bargaining team and hopefully this will see the Agreement one that will see Eskleigh move into the future with a modern and workable EBA with real benefits for its workforce.

Meetings have been set for 5 and 21 August, then fortnightly from there until the Agreement goes out to vote.

If there is something that you want raised, now is the time to contact us at [email protected] or phone 1300 880 032.

For more information about this or any other industrial matter, members should contact HACSUassist on 1300 880 032 or email [email protected] or complete our online contact form
