UNION WIN: Regis workers voted an unfair agreement down

Posted on 23 December 2023 in Aged Care

The results from Regis EA ballot are in. Despite the pressure that your management put on you, you stood firm and voted their unfair agreement down once again.

Well done – you’ve really shown the true power of sticking together and having your say!

Now we’ll work on setting up meetings with Regis management reps as soon as we can in the new year to push them to offer you fairer wages and conditions.

We’ll be out at your work over the next few weeks to chat more with you and plan our next steps.

We hope you have a safe and happy Christmas and New Year period, and hopefully you get to spend some time with your loved ones and families.

We’ll be open for advice in the break from 10am–2pm on 27–29 December, and back to normal hours in the new year, so if you’ve got any questions make sure you give HACSUassist a call on 1300 880 032 or email [email protected]

Congratulations again on taking a stand – what you’ve achieved is no small feat, and we're proud to have you, some of the strongest aged care members in the union!
For more information about this or any other industrial matter, members should contact HACSUassist on 1300 880 032 or email [email protected] or complete our online contact form
