The vote on the new Respect Agreement was successful, and it has now been officially approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC).
What does this mean for you?
From today, 11 April 2025, the new Agreement is in effect. It will remain in place until 1 July 2027, or until a new Agreement is negotiated and approved after that date.
