Tandara bargaining begins

Posted on 23 April, 2026

Aged Care Sector

We held our first bargaining meeting on 23 April 2026 to begin negotiations for a new Tandara Enterprise Agreement. The meeting was fairly brief and focused on setting the agenda and confirming dates for upcoming discussions.

Our next meeting is scheduled for 7 May 2026. At that meeting, we will present our Log of Claims. This is the members’ wish list of items you would like to see added to or improved in the new agreement. Tandara will also present their log of claims at this time.

We will continue to keep members updated as negotiations progress.

If you have any questions about the bargaining process or any other workplace matter, please contact HACSU on 1300 880 032 or email [email protected]

For more information about this or any other industrial matter, members should contact HACSUassist on 1300 880 032 or email [email protected] or complete our online contact form
