Voting for your new agreement finished recently. From the 324 votes cast there were 214 YES votes, and this majority supporting it means the agreement has been voted up.
Your employer will now send your agreement to the Fair Work Commission for approval. If the Commissioners don’t believe the majority of employees covered by the agreement will be better off they’ll make recommendations for improvements.
