We wrote to Mary Ogilvy some weeks back about you having to wait for the CEO to return from personal leave before any annual leave would be      approved.
      
This is totally unacceptable. Your agreement clearly states that you should receive a response within two weeks for your annual leave application rather than having to wait until who knows when.
      
Disappointingly, your employer did not respond to our letter, so we've lodged an application with the Fair Work Commission and expect to hear back from them with a hearing date - we'll update you once we've met with them.
