Hopefully, UAW will agree to delay the EOI process by a couple of weeks now we’ve raised your concerns about the rushed timeframe and compliance with your enterprise agreement.
With Christmas not even a week away, this is hardly the time to try to rush this important process.
An extension should give you enough time to negotiate properly, with the right support and advice.
Let’s face it – it’s no surprise since UAW have known about new rooms coming for months, so why rush the rosters at the last minute?
