Last week we held a membership meeting to discuss a few things, including the TA dispute.
Clearly, we do not agree with unilateral changes to historic arrangements, we certainly do not agree to our members being expected to pay back already paid TA.
We believe that there is a common understanding about what would be ‘fair’ when asking you to change the location of your normal work. AT managers are much more receptive than they have previously been.
Historical documents going back beyond 2006 confirm how and why TA would be paid for relocations away from your normal place of work.
We have written to AT to ask that they resolve this dispute by COB 24 March.
