Is there social distancing in your work area?

Can it be complied with?

Recently we got management in the hospital to install barriers around reception areas to maintain safety, but social distancing remains a problem across the THS.

That doesn’t mean it can’t be overcome, it just takes some lateral thinking and ability to work outside the box, so we want to hear from you – is your office compliant, have you had a conversation about the office space with your manager?

Then there’s the issue of the recommended working from home situation – state and federal governments are saying it, the minister is saying it and the secretary of the department is saying it yet there seems to be resistance at a local management level.

If you’ve requested to work from home, and you meet the criteria, but it’s been denied we’d like to know why.
