Our legal team appeared at Fair Work this morning to try to progress our dispute about your missing wages.

Despite having weeks to prepare for their time in the limelight, Southern Cross Care have unprecedentedly refused to show up at all.

Instead of owning up to what they’ve done, SCC chose to bury their heads in the sand. This is not just insulting. It’s a pretty poor legal strategy.

We won’t be leaving it alone, and Fair Work will likely re-list it for another time that SCC must attend.
