After months of delays and excuses from SCC management, they finally handed over a revised draft agreement last week.

Our industrial team have reviewed the draft agreement and have provided feedback to SCC on changes that are required to ensure that it honours the in-principle agreement that SCC made, which led to you agreeing to lift industrial action.

This includes protecting your entitlements for important conditions, such as paid meal breaks and much needed pay increases.

We're now waiting for SCC to make the necessary changes. We'll make sure the agreement document is correct before it goes to ballot and we’ll hold SCC to it to ensure that this doesn't drag on for much longer than it already has.

We’ll update you once we hear back from SCC and let you know when you’ll be able to vote on your agreement.
