It's time to intervene.

Following SCC’s shameful decision to pressure workers into signing a petition to support the CEO, we’ve contacted the Southern Cross Care Board.

While the CEO doesn’t have time to come to the bargaining table tomorrow to negotiate your agreement, it appears they’ve had time to do plenty of other things – whether it’s issuing petitions, making media statements or anything else but dealing with resident and staff concerns.

The CEO’s conduct is unacceptable and needs to be externally investigated.

This doesn’t just impact workers; it impacts residents and the organisation more broadly.

It’s time for SCC board to act.

In the meantime, we'll be keeping up the pressure to ensure Robyn changes her tune on cuts to your pay, conditions and rosters.
