We wrote to HR about the poor feedback from members on the new uniforms and the lack of involvement that workers felt when deciding on those uniforms. Nick Adams has said he would go back to the designers to address workers’ issues and would likely replace the top.

As a follow-up, a uniform survey has gone out from Respect to all employees. Interestingly, they are now saying that they want you to be involved throughout the process, which probably would have helped them make the right decision the first time around.

Anyway, it is an improvement that Respect is now asking for your opinion and are saying that they will continue to involve you in the selection process moving forward, so make sure you take the survey and have your say!

The survey is open now until Sunday 27 November.

Remember you are the face of the Respect group, so your uniform should respect your needs!
