Regis new work contracts update

After we raised concerns about Regis’s new work contracts, management have come back to us and said that the new contracts are to bring the current hours that you work up to date.

You should not lose any contracted hours with the new contract. If the hours on your contract do not add up, please contact your manager in the first instance.

We’ve also pointed out that some tasks of an AIN are in the new duty statement of a care assistant who’s not qualified to perform those tasks.

Regis management are going to look at the position descriptions and then re-issue those contracts if needed.
