Still refusing to change their lowball offer.

We had another bargaining meeting with Regis last week, but nothing has changed with the offer they'd previously put to you.

If you need a reminder, Regis offers a front-loaded 5% increase this year followed by two 2.5% increases. This will see your pay drop back down to around award wage rates again.

We've made it clear to them that HACSU members believe that offering different types of workers different wage increases is not on.

We also told Regis we've been around talking to night shift workers and none of them think a reduction in the night shift penalty will attract workers to work this unsociable and non-family friendly shift.

We asked Regis to go away and drop the reduction in night shift penalties and to come back with a fair wage increase for all workers, and we'll update you when we get a response.
