We've gotten to the bottom of Regis's delays in coming to the bargaining table.

We’ve been asking the same question and have been onto Regis about when our third bargaining meeting, which was due earlier in the year, will happen.

We are still waiting to hear back on some of the big-ticket items we’ve claimed for your new agreement, including the increase of wages and short-staffing fixes.

However, we’ve gotten to the bottom of why Regis have been dragging their feet: Tony Barr, their National Head of HR, has officially left the building.

If we are honest, we aren’t too sad to see Tony go. We’ve already been on the phone with Regis’ new representatives and learned that they’ve hired SIAG, a professional employer rep, to negotiate with us and sort out bargaining.

SIAG are going to get us back shortly with a date so we can get rolling with your new agreement.
