We met with Regis management today via video conference for the second negotiation meeting for the new staff agreement.
It was basically about doing some housekeeping with the old agreement by adding in all the undertakings that the Fair Work Commission imposed last time in order for it to pass and adding in some explanations around some allowance clarifications.
Regis told us they were in the process of costing all HACSU’s claims and would get back to us with the results at the next meeting.
We’ve continued our ask for a commitment that the new agreement won’t reduce any current conditions and entitlements, including PCT workers’ salary packaging allowances, and we also discussed trying to address short-staffing issues.
