QVC hours & cuts to night shift

Anyone who works with QVC and another employer has had to choose between the two jobs.

You can organise to meet with management to talk about increasing your hours with QVC if you choose to continue working with them solely.

If you’re a part time worker and choose not to work for QVC you can apply to access your leave entitlements for the hours you would have been rostered to do, and we encourage you to take up the offer if you haven’t already done so, so that you’re not financially disadvantaged.

It’s also been brought to our attention that when the Upper John Roland Wing closed down, the night staff ECAs were reduced from 4 to 3.

We've written to management as there's been no consultation with us about the cut to the night shift and we’ve been advised that resident numbers have not decreased. We’ll let you know what management says when we receive a response.
