Voting for your agreement is now open and will close at 4pm sharp on Friday 16 December.

We know you're keen to have your say on the Public Sector Wages Agreement, now's your chance.

Did we get everything we want? Of course not, but we got a lot better than what was first on the table and we achieved measurable improvements to your conditions.

Wages have been increased by as much as we could hope for at this time – health service officers and lower end classification schedule workers particularly benefit from extra earning capacity in this agreement.

We know that while some detail still needs to be worked through, the government have advised that a vote will ensure pay increases can occur as soon as possible. They’ve committed to aim to have your agreement ready for registration by the end of March 2023.

Voting for your agreement is now open and will close at 4pm sharp on Friday 16 December. You should've been sent an email from HACSU with a breakdown of the offer and a link to vote in the ballot.
