It will be paid, no matter where it’s completed.

We wrote to Ian about staff concerns around trying to complete their workload on the floor while trying to do mandatory training at the same time but weren't happy with his response, so we wrote to OneCare’s acting CEO Peter Williams, who said he’ll send all staff a copy of the training process this week.

Peter has sent out a draft copy of that process, which he says won’t change much except for things like formatting, and members can read the draft process here

Peter also said, "Essentially, staff can do this from home or work if able, but it is not expected that staff complete in their work time. Some staff however are happy to do so without impacting care."

Staff will be paid whether they complete the training in work time or at home, but any who don't should contact Peter directly or via his weekly blog to staff.

Any member who runs into further issues with this can let us know.
