We’ve written to your employer after meeting with members and raised the following issues:

• Annual, long service and  personal leave are not being accrued at the correct amounts, and although workers have contacted payroll and requested an audit, they have not received a response.
• Staff haven’t been paid for any mandatory training they have completed since 2018.
• Staff are not receiving any responses to whether their annual leave has been approved or denied.
• Staff are not getting responses to pay queries.

Here’s what we said to Menarock:

"We request as a matter of urgency that an annual, personal and long service leave audit to be conducted for all staff, that all staff be paid for the training they have completed and continue to be paid for any future training, and that annual leave is approved/denied within 2 weeks and lastly that all pay queries be responded to in a timely manner."

We’ve asked for a response by COB 20 June and will keep you updated.
