We’ve written to your employer after meeting with members and raised the following issues:
Here’s what we said to Menarock:
"We request as a matter of urgency that an annual, personal and long service leave audit to be conducted for all staff, that all staff be paid for the training they have completed and continue to be paid for any future training, and that annual leave is approved/denied within 2 weeks and lastly that all pay queries be responded to in a timely manner."
We’ve asked for a response by COB 20 June and will keep you updated.
Also, as a reminder, if you’ve come to work early to have a RAT before you start your shift but haven’t been paid and you’re interested in joining the group claim, please contact HACSUassist on 1300 880 032 by 16 June. If any of your colleagues are not yet HACSU members, they can call us to join the union if they want to be part of the claim.
