Negotiations for new Lifeline agreement.

Lifeline Tasmania are planning to start bargaining with HACSU for your new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement, also known as an EBA or workplace agreement.

Lifeline let us know that they’ve sent staff a Notice of Representational Rights, signalling that bargaining will be starting in coming weeks.

Last year we surveyed HACSU members to see what you wanted to see included in your new agreement, and we’ve now collated all this feedback and put together your Log of Claims, your wish list for the EBA.

We’ll be visiting your staff room soon to run you through it and answer any questions about the process, so keep an eye on your inbox for information about when I’ll be there.

Now is the time for everyone to get involved and have their say on pay and conditions for the next few years – so if your colleagues aren’t yet HACSU members, encourage them to join now. The more union members, the louder your voice is.

We’re also looking for members to become part of the HACSU bargaining team for negotiations.

If you would like to join HACSU or join our bargaining team, let me know my emailing assist@hacsu.org.au or calling 1300 880 032 before Friday, 19 February.

For more information about this or any other industrial matter, members should contact HACSUassist on 1300 880 032 or email assist@hacsu.org.au or complete our online contact form
