Last week we wrote to the manager expressing members concerns about the workload, unrealistic expectations and the lack of backfill at Japara Sandhill.
By filling in the HACSU short staffing workload forms this means issues are documented and can be used to ensure accountability about what's going on so we can hopefully get this addressed in a timely manner.
We asked for a reply with some workable solutions by the close of business 23 October 2020 and hope we see a positive response.
HACSU is committed to working to help members get the best outcome regarding workload and conditions.

Everyone needs to be part of the union to have their issues heard in order to make sure everyone gets a manageable workload.
