We’ve again raised the issue about staff working engagements of half an hour or less and not getting 1 hours’ pay, as your agreement states the following:
“Due to the nature of the work being determined daily by client need varying from minimum showering assistance to extended respite, Employees shall receive at least one hours work, or be paid one hours pay in lie, on each separate period of engagement”
We’ve heard back from integratedliving and it appears they now agree with our interpretation of cl 4.6(f) of the agreement. They’ve asked if we could provide them with details of the relevant employees and dates and times of work that were incorrectly paid so they can investigate. That being the case, if you think you’ve been affected by this over the past 6 years can you please get back to us with dates and times.
