We sent you a bulletin earlier this week about some members being unlawfully docked for 2 hours for stopping work in early May, as part of our protected industrial action, when they didn’t actually stop for that long.
We wrote to Kathryn Berry and her advisor wrote back to say, “if employees believe they were incorrectly deducted we need their details so we can do a payroll audit and make corrections as required”.
