Healthscope sent a memo saying they’ve collaborated with the ANMF to refine the workload clause and are supporting the proposed changes - does this match the ANMF’s own messaging?
We’re still concerned the workload clause will be as ineffective as the situation now - when we raised a grievance under the current agreement, they said no staff had expressed a workload concern so they weren’t going to engage with you.
Your actions have clearly shown Healthscope what you think about that!
Remember, Healthscope says it doesn’t do ratios… but then says their ratios of 1-5 on days and 1-10 on nights are safe… huh?
HACSU won’t support the new agreement without a genuine workload solution because you’ve said this is what’s needed to make your workplace safe, so if Healthscope send it out to vote without this being resolved we’ll be running a VOTE NO campaign.
