We’ve had calls from members who stopped work on 5 May but who returned to work early, at 9.30am, or didn’t start their shift until 8.30am - but they still had 2 hours deducted from their pay.
Healthscope are only allowed to reduce your wages for the total time you, as an individual, were taking industrial action during your shift, and they must pay you for all the time you performed your normal duties.
