Workload issues raised with manager.

We've had a number of staff contact us about workload and working short again at Glenara Lakes, so on Tuesday we wrote to the manager expressing members' concerns about continually working short-staffed.

We also raised the issue of the resident's wife giving orders to staff over the camera and the anxiety this causes for members.

We asked for a reply with some workable solutions by the close of business 23 October 2020, so hopefully Friday will see some sort of positive response.

HACSU is committed to working to help members get the best outcome regarding workload and conditions.

For any non-members struggling with their workload, now is the time to join.

Everyone needs to be part of the union to have their issues heard in order to make sure everyone gets a manageable workload.
