We’ve had a few meetings about your replacement agreement.
Your delegates and representatives have been working through our claim and the current agreement with management, and this week we’ve got a draft agreement from management.
The main improvements so far are:
• Changes to the amount of time required to be worked to be considered for progression –780 hours a year or 15 hours a week
• Ability for all employees to purchase leave as an alternative to paid parental leave
• Improvements to how short-notice cancellations will be managed and paid
We're yet to agree on a wages increase or the length of the proposed agreement.
We’re keen to get your thoughts on these issues and take them to the next meeting in July.
