Finally the new Eskleigh Enterprise Agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission, and we thank members for their patience through this long process.
It’s been a big ride with a change of CEO, several staffing changes at Eskleigh’s HR consultants and then the pandemic on top of all that.
The new agreement took effect on Wednesday 28 October, immediately replacing the old agreement.
Eskleigh should by now have made the new agreement available to staff – and we encourage members to have a look at it and if there are any questions about what’s changed, please ask us.
While we may be back at the bargaining table soon for a longer agreement, we want to thank everyone for sticking together through these negotiations.
