We have received confirmation that Eskleigh will be calling for expressions of interest from workers who may be interested intaking a partial or full redundancy as is required in your EBA.

If your employer has to change your contracted hours and you will lose income because of the roster change, you are entitled to a partial redundancy.

If you feel that you have been pressured into signing a new contract and now are having second thoughts then please contact us.

We know several workers have already had 2 or 3 meetings about changes to their current rosters and may still not be completely happy with the result so far. This will be a work in progress and hopefully if some workers decide to take up the offer of redundancy, you will be able to pick up some of their shifts.

We also understand that some workers may have lost weekend work in the last roster change and, as a result, lost income.
