Your current workplace agreement expires on 1 July, so we're due to start negotiating a new one.
Your CEO, Ian Adams, recently mentioned to us that he would like staff to consider rolling over the current agreement for another year. This means you keep your current agreement and all its entitlements and conditions until 1 July 2022 and would, of course, still receive a pay increase for that year.
We told Ian this may be something staff could think about, but they first need to know what pay offer they would be receiving.
Ian said that board will be meeting on 26 May so he would be able to get back to everyone on a pay offer then.
What do you think? Are you happy to keep the same agreement for another year depending on a decent wage offer or would you rather we go into bargaining again?
