Are fewer bags the answer to the trolley problem?

We’ve heard concerns about the heaviness of the laundry trollies. It can be an accident waiting to happen, particularly when the trollies were lugged and pushed up the ramps in the corridors. In fact, there have already been near misses.

We recently wrote to your facility manager, Judith, about this issue and she said she's since spoken to the laundry staff and asked them not to place too many bags on the trolley.

Hopefully Judith is correct when saying that there have been “nil further concerns” since then.

If you think the problem hasn’t been resolved, please feel free to let Judith know in the first instance – then if you find it’s still left unsolved, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
