We've noticed a number of mistakes and issues in the new contracts

We’re aware that Regis are sending out new contracts for workers to sign.

Having read some of the new contracts, we’ve noticed a number of mistakes and dodgy issues, including:

• Wrong job titles

• Reduced work hours

• Lack of a pattern of work

• Asking staff to give medication when they are not medically endorsed

If you’re asked to sign any new contract, tell management that HACSU will be contacting Regis.

We’ll find out why workers need new contracts and why Regis made all the mistakes and changes.

We will let you know once we get more information. Until then, do not sign it.

If you have any questions you can call us via HACSUassist on 1300 880 032 or via email on assist@hacsu.org.au

For more information about this or any other industrial matter, members should contact HACSUassist on 1300 880 032 or email assist@hacsu.org.au or complete our online contact form
