- If the training is offered and management suggest it'd be a great thing to do but it's not compulsory - no, there's no payment
- If the training is something staff want to do to up-skill themselves but it's not compulsory - no, there's no payment
- If the training is considered mandatory or compulsory by management - yes, staff definitely get paid for it
Have a go at any training that's offered, but just remember it's only paid if it's compulsory.
