CR management speaking to staff inappropriately?

Several staff members asked us what to do if management speaks to them inappropriately or negatively.

Our advice is to grab a diary or notebook and make a note of it any time Coastal Residential management speaks in a way that’s belittling, undermining or humiliating - whether you’re on your own or with others - and make sure you include the date and time that it happened and the names of any witnesses if there are any.

This is all evidence that can be used down the track if you need to make a formal bullying & harassment claim.

It’s that simple.

Documentation is key, and the pen really is mightier than the sword.
