Your workplace agreement will be expiring very soon, so we're about to start negotiations for a brand new one.

We've sent you a log of claims survey, it's your chance to tell us about any concerns you may have with your area of work and what you'd like to see change or improve. This helps us develop a log of claims – your wish list – to take to negotiations so we can improve your conditions.

We'll only use the information in a statistical way and individual responses are kept confidential. You can learn more about our privacy policy on our website.

Make sure you include your current contact details in the relevant section so we can stay in touch with you throughout negotiations.
