We’ve heard concerns that some staff are being underpaid each fortnight due to Community Based Support’s new payroll system.
Apparently the employer knows about this but won't rectify the pay issues until they work out why the system continues to malfunction.
This is totally absurd - the payroll errors should be fixed and back pay paid to staff immediately, not when it suits them.
We want to hear from anyone, ASAP, who's been short in their fortnightly pay.
Also, just a heads up – CBS has an obligation to ensure that workers' contracted hours of work are met, so anyone who's been negative in their contracted hours should let us know so we can address this issue as soon as possible.
