Your new Christian Homes Tasmania Enterprise Agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 8 September and will operate from tomorrow Thursday, 15 September 2022.
 
These are the improved conditions of your new workplace agreement:

• Buddy allowance of $1 per hour when buddying new staff
• Increase afternoon shift penalty to 15%
• Increase night shift allowance to 17.5%
• 5 days of paid family and domestic violence leave
• Fair Work increase 4.6% July 2022 and 2% wage increase or the Fair Work increase whichever is greater July 2023.
