Today members should've received an email from their service Director outlining the next stage of the redesign process is moving to the change proposal phase - this means the change is ready for its final round of consultation before being implemented.
This change is the practice leadership element of the model and directly affects the functions, reporting lines and titles of the existing Clinical Support Managers, Child Safety Service Managers, Clinical Practice Consultant Educators and Senior Quality Practice Advisors. Team Leader positions have a proposed change of reporting lines and title.
The change won't come as a surprise to members in those positions and there's no change in resourcing being proposed.
There are a number of consultation sessions scheduled for the next few weeks, and we'll get to as many as we can and we encourage members to get along too.
There is an opportunity to provide further feedback in the next few weeks prior to the implementation of the proposed changes.
