Workplace health and safety has become even more important to all of us since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now, more than ever, we need to be sure our elected officials, Health & Safety Reps (HSRs) and those on Health & Safety Committees represent what’s really happening on the floor so problems get fixed rather than just gathering dust on a committee agenda.

We have some great HSRs but we need more.
