After months and months of trying to get Calvary to the bargaining table and hearing excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t do that, we have finally managed to force your employer to start bargaining for your new agreement by resorting to the Fair Work Act.

As the first step, Calvary have issued the Notice of Employee Representational Rights (NERR) to all employees.

We have 31 March pencilled in for the first bargaining meeting at this stage.

We will table your log of claims and let you know what happens at that meeting.
