We've written to management about the following:
- The Manor kitchen closed down three weeks ago without any consultation and now there can be up to six staff ECS, nursing and catering staff in the kitchen and there are concerns about how they can appropriately socially distance, and this is causing unnecessary stress considering there is another kitchen that's not in use.
- There hasn't been an increase in the cleaning of door handles, pin pads or buttons in lifts and this raises concerns around the implications of COVID-19.
- At The Court, staff who work afternoons are struggling with the workload that's increased due to residents requiring tray service and whilewe've heard there is an extra catering person in the morning, there isn’t one in the afternoon.
