Any issues at Billett Court?

We raised staff safety concerns with Multicap.

Nigel got back to us saying he’s sent the following email to staff:

"Now that the audit is complete I am following up on an issue that has been raised with me in relation to the second bedroom (office) at Billett Court.
It would be good to gain a better understanding of the issues, so would be happy for any feedback on

  • The tasks/activities staff undertake in “the office” vs in the rest of the property. How much time would this entail?
  • If staff are in the office what issues might they be presented by the client? Are there any strategies in place for any of these issues?
  • Any other issues staff wish to raise?

I am happy to collate these individually or for a collective “team meeting” via Microsoft Teams if that is preferable."

Nigel said he’ll give staff a few days to send him a reply and then will develop an action plan from that feedback. It’s really important to give feedback so if any member has worries or concerns please be sure to send Nigel an email.

We've asked Nigel to keep us updated, so we’ll be in touch if anything further develops.

Remember, we all deserve a safe workplace, no matter what that workplace looks like.
