The new rates are:
Band Classification Fortnightly dues
Part-time <23 hrs a week (all classifications) $22.00
1 Intern Paramedics / EMDSO / EMD $29.00
2 Paramedics / Team Leader Comms $34.00
3 ICP and BSO Paramedics $38.00
4 All other classifications (above ICP 7)
BSO ICP/CSO/ECP/Flight/Education/Management $41.00
The new fee structure comes into effect with the pay due on 13 August.
We asked payroll to make the change for those paying by payroll deduction from this date, but it appears that they have actioned this a full pay period early, so some may notice an adjusted amount next pay. There will not be any refunds issued for early transition as all rates are technically being reduced.
Please keep an eye on the deduction amount either from payroll or from HACSU, depending on your payment method, to ensure you are being charged correctly as per the table above.
