It’s meant to be locked in before you start working for Able and gives you more security about when you work so you can plan your life accordingly.
While some Able workers have a valid pattern of work in place, others don’t – and this has been an issue for quite a while.
We’ve finally reached an agreement with Able about the rollout to ensure that everyone has a pattern of work.
We’ll start in the North, and then extend the rollout across the state.
