Able's dodgy Xmas stunt.

You might have received an sms today about a new Able agreement going to vote.

If this came as a bit of a surprise, there is good reason for that, as it appears Able are doing the dodgy by trying to sneak in a vote over the Christmas period thus showing they don’t particularly care about talking to their staff about their pay, rights and conditions.

They've also shown they're happy to breach the Fair Work Act but not giving the standard notice about the vote that allows you time to get your head around what’s being proposed.

They've also refused to provide a copy to your union despite us having to drag them through this whole process - remember how earlier this year they wouldn’t negotiate at all and we had to force them to the table?!

So, we’ve given them until lunch time tomorrow otherwise we're off to the Fair Work Commission to get this sorted once and for all.

Able have had more than enough time to get their act together and we really would expect less Grinch like behaviour this time of year.
