Your employer committed to giving us the results of the sleepover back pay audit by 28 May but they’ve gone back on their word and haven’t bothered to do so.
With totally predictable Able Australia style they’ve ignored the issue and hope it’ll magically go away.
We wrote to them… again… to ask for the audit details and a copy of their legal advice on how they plan to back pay affected staff and they had until Thursday last week to respond – we even sent them a reminder the day before.
They failed to respond… again… so now we’ll lodge this matter with the Fair Work Commission.
We’ll keep you updated and make sure you’ll receive the correct amount of money you’re owed.
