With the written consent of affected staff, Able have now given us the sleepover data we’ve been requesting since the beginning of this long, drawn-out saga. Thanks for all your patience so far.
Our legal team will now analyse the data to find where underpayments have happened and calculate the dollar amounts that we believe Able owes to workers.
We’ll be assisting members throughout this process to ensure you are paid what you’re owed for the work you’ve done. If you know of a colleague who isn’t a union member, now’s the time to encourage them to join!
