As a show of good faith, given the reasons Able provided and their priorities around preserving job security at the moment, we’ve said we are willing to delay negotiations if Able meet these conditions:
- Able are to give us their Log of Claims, if they have one as they've had ours for months and had previously agreed to give us theirs. Providing these in a timely fashion is an established obligation in good-faith bargaining.
- Able make guarantees about the next pay increase given that delaying negotiations and the agreement approval process might mean the new agreement might not be approved and stamped off by the time the next pay increase is due.
